Apple Doesn’t Have A High Opinion Of Windows
Wednesday, October 31st, 2007OK, so I was zipping around Leopard this evening, and I noticed that Apple doesn’t really have a high opinion of Microsoft’s Windows. I mean, who can blame them, it took Microsoft 20 years (1985-2005) to finally make a stable version of Windows, and now they’ve gone and replaced it with “ME Version 2″ otherwise [...]
Leopard, CCC Large Disk Image = Bad
Tuesday, October 30th, 2007I installed Leopard on my PowerBook 15″ tonight. I purchased the Family Pack (5 copies for $199) at the La Cantera Apple Store on Friday, the 26th. iPhone Update 1.0.2 = Good
Wednesday, August 29th, 2007I finally loaded the new firmware for my iPhone last night. Everything went fine, although of course, it wiped out all my “hacks”.
Neighbors New Stereo
Sunday, August 26th, 2007I went to hook up my neighbor’s new Onkyo receiver tonight. I spent about three hours working on it. I had to pull out the old receiver, and all of it’s wires, and install the new one, and then set it up. It was my first setup using HDMI connectors, and I can’t say it [...]
